M\u00e1 na starosti p\u00e9\u010di o \u017e\u00e1ky se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami (d\u00e1le jen SVP), mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci zdravotn\u011b posti\u017een\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1ci s\u00a0poruchami u\u010den\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1ci nadan\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1ci s\u00a0poruchami chov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1ci soci\u00e1ln\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdchovn\u00fd poradce je neust\u00e1le v\u00a0kontaktu s\u00a0veden\u00edm \u0161koly (\u00fa\u010dast na porad\u00e1ch veden\u00ed), metodikem prevence i\u00a0s\u00a0t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edmi u\u010diteli a s\u00a0ostatn\u00edmi pedagogick\u00fdmi pracovn\u00edky (\u00fa\u010dast na pedagogick\u00fdch porad\u00e1ch, t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch sch\u016fzk\u00e1ch, dle pot\u0159eby po vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 domluv\u011b).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed je pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 operativn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f ve v\u00fdchovn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm procesu, p\u00e9\u010de o studenty s\u00a0IVP a studenty sportovce, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 studijn\u00ed \u00falevy, prevence v\u0161ech patologick\u00fdch jev\u016f a motivace student\u016f p\u0159i charitativn\u00edch akc\u00edch (B\u00edl\u00e1 pastelka, Sv\u011btlu\u0161ka, Kv\u011btinov\u00fd den apod.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Standardn\u00ed \u010dinnosti v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradce jsou vymezeny pr\u00e1vn\u00edm p\u0159edpisem \u2013 vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou \u010d. 197\/2016 Sb., o poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed poradensk\u00fdch slu\u017eeb ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch poradensk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1pl\u0148 pr\u00e1ce v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho poradce se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z\u00a0poradensk\u00fdch, metodick\u00fdch a informa\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><u>Poradensk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kari\u00e9rov\u00e9 poradenstv\u00ed a poradensk\u00e1 pomoc p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed a profesn\u00ed cest\u011b \u017e\u00e1k\u016f<\/li>\n<li>vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a orienta\u010dn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, jejich\u017e v\u00fdvoj a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost<\/li>\n<li>zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed diagnostiky speci\u00e1ln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pot\u0159eb a\u00a0interven\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed pro \u017e\u00e1ky se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami<\/li>\n<li>p\u0159\u00edprava podm\u00ednek pro integraci \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Metodick\u00e9 a informa\u010dn\u00ed \u010dinnosti<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed o \u010dinnosti \u0161koly, \u0161kolsk\u00fdch a dal\u0161\u00edch poradensk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00a0regionu, o jejich zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed, kompetenc\u00edch a o mo\u017enostech vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed jejich slu\u017eeb \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm a jejich z\u00e1konn\u00fdm z\u00e1stupc\u016fm<\/li>\n<li>shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed odborn\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v a informac\u00ed o \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch v\u00a0poradensk\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di dal\u0161\u00edch poradensk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a jejich zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0p\u0159edpisy o ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nastaven\u00ed syst\u00e9mu p\u00e9\u010de o \u017e\u00e1ky se SVP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Na z\u00e1klad\u011b depist\u00e1\u017ee a doporu\u010den\u00ed u\u010ditele a t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edho u\u010ditele nebo informac\u00ed od z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupce \u0161kola poskytneme \u017e\u00e1kovi nejprve 1. stupe\u0148 podp\u016frn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed (d\u00e1le jen PO) \u2013 p\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 podpora ve v\u00fduce, a pokud nen\u00ed dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed, zajist\u00edme ve spolupr\u00e1ci se z\u00e1konn\u00fdmi z\u00e1stupci odesl\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ka na vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed do pedagogicko-psychologick\u00e9 poradny (d\u00e1le jen PPP) nebo speci\u00e1ln\u011b pedagogick\u00e9ho centra (d\u00e1le jen SPC). Rodi\u010de si zajist\u00ed term\u00edn, \u0161kola vypln\u00ed a po\u0161le dotazn\u00edk. Poradna pak vystav\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed k\u00a0poskytov\u00e1n\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed. Toto doporu\u010den\u00ed si z\u00e1konn\u00fd z\u00e1stupce mus\u00ed vyzvednout v\u00a0poradn\u011b a n\u00e1sledn\u011b \u0161kola obdr\u017e\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed p\u0159es datovou schr\u00e1nku.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdchovn\u00fd poradce sezn\u00e1m\u00ed se z\u00e1v\u011bry vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 pedagogy a doporu\u010d\u00ed postup pr\u00e1ce s\u00a0\u017e\u00e1kem. Na doporu\u010den\u00ed PPP a SPC v\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech vypracujeme individu\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed pl\u00e1n (IVP). V\u00fdchovn\u00fd poradce koordinuje pr\u00e1ci na n\u011bm, kontroluje jeho pln\u011bn\u00ed a konzultuje ho s\u00a0PPP a SPC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e9m p\u00e9\u010de o \u017e\u00e1ky s neprosp\u011bchem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u017d\u00e1k\u016fm s\u00a0neprosp\u011bchem v\u011bnujeme ve \u0161kole velkou pozornost. Na pravideln\u00fdch porad\u00e1ch v\u017edy \u0159e\u0161\u00edme mo\u017en\u00fd postup, jak tomuto p\u0159edej\u00edt. Jedn\u00e1me se \u017e\u00e1kem i jeho z\u00e1konn\u00fdm z\u00e1stupcem a nastav\u00edme syst\u00e9m dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.
