Druh\u00fdm d\u016fvodem je v\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee pouze \u017e\u00e1k, kter\u00fd respektuje s\u00e1m sebe, c\u00edt\u00ed se b\u00fdt respektov\u00e1n a um\u00ed respektovat sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed, m\u00e1 optim\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro sv\u016fj psychick\u00fd i intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed rozvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed preventivn\u00ed program vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0Metodick\u00e9ho doporu\u010den\u00ed k\u00a0prim\u00e1rn\u00ed prevenci rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed u d\u011bt\u00ed, \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f ve \u0161kole a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch M\u0160MT \u010cR \u010d. j.: 21291\/2010-28.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> VSTUPN\u00cd INFORMACE<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.1 Charakteristika regionu a \u0161koly <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0160kola, s\u00eddl\u00edc\u00ed ve Vrchlab\u00ed (12\u00a0000 obyvatel, n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 kriminality) se \u0159ad\u00ed mezi men\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly, pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 kolem 300 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, napln\u011bnost t\u0159\u00edd se pohybuje kolem 25 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f. Oborovou strukturu \u0161koly tvo\u0159\u00ed dva obory vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed: 79-41-K\/41 Gymn\u00e1zium (\u010dty\u0159let\u00e9 podle \u0160VP), 79-41-K\/81 Gymn\u00e1zium (osmilet\u00e9 podle \u0160VP).<\/p>\n<p>Budova vrchlabsk\u00e9ho gymn\u00e1zia poch\u00e1z\u00ed z roku 1909.\u00a0 \u010cesk\u00e9 gymn\u00e1zium je zde od roku 1945. Budova se nach\u00e1z\u00ed asi p\u011bt minut ch\u016fze od autobusov\u00e9ho a vlakov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed. To, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o historickou budovu, klade vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1roky na \u00fadr\u017ebu, vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00ed dispozi\u010dn\u00ed uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed u\u010deben a kabinet\u016f.\u00a0 V budov\u011b je 12 velk\u00fdch u\u010deben, 4 mal\u00e9 u\u010debny, 3 laborato\u0159e, 3 u\u010debny v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed techniky, t\u011blocvi\u010dna, aula, posilovna s\u00a0lezeckou st\u011bnou, knihovna, 10 kabinet\u016f a 3 administrativn\u00ed m\u00edstnosti. V suter\u00e9nu \u0161koly je baz\u00e9n o rozm\u011brech 5 x 20 metr\u016f, \u0161atny a kotelna. V p\u0159ilehl\u00e9m venkovn\u00edm prostoru se nach\u00e1z\u00ed sportovn\u00ed are\u00e1l.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Technick\u00e1 a hygienick\u00e1 vybavenost \u0161koly vykazuje velmi solidn\u00ed standard, interi\u00e9ry \u0161koly proch\u00e1zej\u00ed postupn\u011b (v z\u00e1vislosti na finan\u010dn\u00edch mo\u017enostech) rekonstrukc\u00ed a modernizac\u00ed. Na \u00faprav\u011b vzhledu sv\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b i spole\u010dn\u00fdch prostor, se pod\u00edlej\u00ed i studenti. Spole\u010dn\u00fdm shroma\u017e\u010fovac\u00edm prostorem pro pedagogy je sborovna, pro p\u0159\u00edpravu na v\u00fduku maj\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 k dispozici kabinety, vybaven\u00e9 PC s p\u0159ipojen\u00edm na internet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>V dob\u011b mimo vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed (voln\u00e9 hodiny) a o p\u0159est\u00e1vk\u00e1ch mohou studenti vyu\u017e\u00edvat prostor \u0161koly, po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 u\u010debny a studovnu (na jej\u00ed optimalizaci se pracuje v\u00a0sou\u010dinnosti se studentsk\u00fdm parlamentem). V r\u00e1mci volno\u010dasov\u00fdch aktivit \u0161kola student\u016fm nab\u00edz\u00ed mo\u017enost vyu\u017eit\u00ed posilovny \u010di biologicko-fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed krou\u017eek.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pedagogick\u00fd sbor je stabilizovan\u00fd, aprobovanost dosahuje 97 %. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 studuj\u00ed a dopl\u0148uj\u00ed si aprobaci. Na \u0161kole p\u016fsob\u00ed okolo 30 vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2 <\/strong><strong>Stru\u010dn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza situace (vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed ze SWOT anal\u00fdzy \u0160PP)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 studium na gymn\u00e1ziu pom\u00e1h\u00e1me \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm zvl\u00e1dat vl\u00eddn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem v\u0161ech pracovn\u00edk\u016f \u0161koly. \u0160kola c\u00edlev\u011bdom\u011b buduje otev\u0159en\u00e9 a klidn\u00e9 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed klima a prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pro rozv\u00edjen\u00ed pozitivn\u00edch vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdch vztah\u016f v \u017e\u00e1kovsk\u00fdch kolektivech i mezi \u017e\u00e1ky a pedagogy. Prevence rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed komplexn\u00edho v\u00fdchovn\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed cel\u00e9ho pedagogick\u00e9ho sboru. Jeho z\u00e1kladem je klidn\u00e9 a v\u011bcn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed drobn\u00fdch ka\u017edodenn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 a v\u00fdchovn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 reakce na b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du a promy\u0161len\u00e1 strategie p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm rizikov\u00fdm jev\u016fm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jejich neodkladn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed v sou\u010dinnosti s\u00a0extern\u00edmi odborn\u00edky. Na na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kole nep\u016fsob\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed psycholog, a to zejm\u00e9na kv\u016fli person\u00e1ln\u00edmu nedostatku v\u00a0t\u00e9to profesi.<\/p>\n<p>Vych\u00e1z\u00edme z mnohokr\u00e1t potvrzen\u00e9ho p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee rizikov\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f m\u00e1 obvykle v\u00edce p\u0159\u00ed\u010din. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm preventivn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm je tedy z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed co nejv\u00edce informac\u00ed o na\u0161ich \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch a nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed vztahu d\u016fv\u011bry s jejich rodi\u010di. Informace o \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1me pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b, formou dotazn\u00edk\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b osobn\u00edm rozhovorem. \u00dazk\u00e9 kontakty a spolupr\u00e1ci nab\u00edz\u00edme rodi\u010d\u016fm \u017e\u00e1k\u016f ji\u017e od prvn\u00edho setk\u00e1n\u00ed s nimi, p\u0159i prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddn\u00ed sch\u016fzce, kterou organizujeme po skon\u010den\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edho \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Informace z\u00edskan\u00e9 bl\u00edzk\u00fdm vztahem s\u00a0\u017e\u00e1ky a jejich rodi\u010di, pozorn\u00fdm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm a rozhovory s\u00a0nejen probl\u00e9mov\u00fdmi \u017e\u00e1ky a jejich rodi\u010di vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me jako podklad pro intervenci v r\u00e1mci \u0161koly, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pro vyhled\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci mimo r\u00e1mec \u0161koly, nebo p\u0159ed\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edpadu odborn\u00edk\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Ve spolupr\u00e1ci s vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edmi pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b sledujeme v\u00fdskyt rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed a ve shod\u011b s veden\u00edm \u0161koly tyto situace \u0159e\u0161\u00edme. Nej\u010dast\u011bji \u0159e\u0161en\u00e9 probl\u00e9my souvisej\u00ed s\u00a0poruchami p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy, sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00edm, depresemi a \u00fazkostmi (plynouc\u00edmi nejen ze \u0161koln\u00edho ne\u00fasp\u011bchu) a nadm\u011brn\u00fdm hran\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch her a p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch. V\u0161echny tyto faktory maj\u00ed pochopiteln\u011b vliv na \u0161koln\u00ed \u00fasp\u011bch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a v ojedin\u011bl\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech vedou a\u017e k ukon\u010den\u00ed studia. Napjat\u00e9 vztahy mezi \u017e\u00e1ky nebo situace sm\u011b\u0159uj\u00edc\u00ed k soci\u00e1ln\u00edmu vylou\u010den\u00ed jednotlivc\u016f \u0159e\u0161\u00edme individu\u00e1ln\u011b, v\u011bt\u0161inou ve spolupr\u00e1ci se \u0161koln\u00edm poradensk\u00fdm pracovi\u0161t\u011bm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ojedin\u011ble se vyskytuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu a kou\u0159en\u00ed na \u0161koln\u00edch akc\u00edch, kter\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161\u00edme ve shod\u011b se \u0161koln\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dem.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Velkou pozornost v\u011bnujeme klimatu a vztah\u016fm v jednotliv\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch. I kdy\u017e se nesetk\u00e1v\u00e1me s p\u0159\u00edpady \u0161ikany, sna\u017e\u00edme se v \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch podporovat vz\u00e1jemnou toleranci a vn\u00edmavost v\u016f\u010di ostatn\u00edm. Ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b realizujeme program prim\u00e1rn\u00ed prevence v\u00a0t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho gymn\u00e1zia (Semiramis). Pro nov\u011b p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ky (prvn\u00ed ro\u010dn\u00edky) je ur\u010den p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm prvn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f a je zam\u011b\u0159en na adaptaci v kolektivu, zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fdch situac\u00ed, psychohygienu a p\u0159edch\u00e1zen\u00ed ohro\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1vislostmi a dal\u0161\u00edmi formami rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00darove\u0148 rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f na \u0161kole je zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b, prac\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddn\u00edch u\u010ditel\u016f, \u0160MP a u\u010ditel\u016f, p\u0159ipom\u00ednkami \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u2013 studentsk\u00fd parlament. Na zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed rizikov\u00e9ho chov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se velkou m\u011brou pod\u00edl\u00ed i pracovn\u00edci \u0160PP.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moment\u00e1ln\u011b u n\u00e1s nejsou prov\u00e1d\u011bna \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 sociometrick\u00e1 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed. Zde spat\u0159ujeme sv\u00e9 rezervy. V\u00edme, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed na\u0161i \u017e\u00e1ci experimentuj\u00ed s\u00a0marihuanou a kou\u0159\u00ed.
