Plavat mohou d\u011bti, t\u011bhotn\u00e9, senio\u0159i, hendikepovan\u00ed i ob\u00e9zn\u00ed jedinci.<\/li>\n<li>Plav\u00e1n\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed mezi skv\u011bl\u00e9 rehabilita\u010dn\u00ed aktivity; pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nen\u00e1siln\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it hybnost kloub\u016f (ramenou, ky\u010dl\u00ed i kotn\u00edk\u016f) po \u00farazech a operac\u00edch.<\/li>\n<li>B\u011bhem plav\u00e1n\u00ed se velmi \u0161etrn\u011b posiluje i srde\u010dn\u00ed sval; horizont\u00e1ln\u00ed poloha toti\u017e zna\u010dn\u011b uleh\u010duje srdci pr\u00e1ci.<\/li>\n<li>Plav\u00e1n\u00ed je skv\u011bl\u00e1 aktivita pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed ochabl\u00fdch sval\u016f pod\u00e9l p\u00e1te\u0159e.
