Trasa m\u011b\u0159ila 620 km a zdolal ji za 28 hodin. Intenzivn\u011b jsem na to tr\u00e9noval, i kdy\u017e jsem si nebyl jist\u00fd, zda dok\u00e1\u017eu dokon\u010dit tuto 620 km dlouhou tra\u0165. Ale jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, je jen jeden zp\u016fsob, jak to zjistit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u010d\u00e1tek cesty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve st\u0159edu v 10:45 dopoledne jsem sedl na kolo na nejz\u00e1padn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm konci \u010cR na hranici s N\u011bmeckem. Po\u010das\u00ed bylo kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a foukal v\u00edtr do zad, co\u017e mi hodn\u011b pomohlo. Prvn\u00edch cca 150 km do Rakovn\u00edka se mi jelo dob\u0159e, i kdy\u017e jsem ob\u010das z\u00e1pasil s psychikou. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nemyslet na to, kolik kilometr\u016f je\u0161t\u011b zb\u00fdv\u00e1, co\u017e se mi na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed da\u0159ilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u016fjezd Prahou<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po cca 9 hodin\u00e1ch jsem projel Prahou a zastavil se na rychl\u00e9 ob\u010derstven\u00ed v McDonald&#8217;s. Na dlouh\u00fdch j\u00edzd\u00e1ch na kole je skv\u011bl\u00e9, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eete j\u00edst cokoli, proto\u017ee sp\u00e1l\u00edte obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kalori\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Noc a mikrosp\u00e1nek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Za Prahou den skon\u010dil a za\u010dala noc. Doufal jsem, \u017ee m\u011b nepostihne mikrosp\u00e1nek, a tak jsem si pustil muziku. Krize p\u0159i\u0161la a\u017e p\u0159i sv\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed kolem 4 hodiny r\u00e1no, kdy jsem byl p\u0159ed Chocn\u00ed. Po n\u011bkolika mikrosp\u00e1nc\u00edch jsem se rozhodl na 30 minut vyspat v doprovodn\u00e9m aut\u011b, kter\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddil m\u016fj t\u00e1ta. To mi neskute\u010dn\u011b pomohlo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dokon\u010den\u00ed cesty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po\u010das\u00ed se zlep\u0161ilo a oteplilo se, co\u017e mi dodalo energii. Kdy\u017e jsem projel Olomouc\u00ed na 470. km, za\u010dalo mi doch\u00e1zet, \u017ee to opravdu dokon\u010d\u00edm. Navzdory bolestem sval\u016f a kolen jsem dojel p\u0159es Fr\u00fddek-M\u00edstek a T\u0159inec a\u017e do Bukovce, mal\u00e9 vesni\u010dky na nejv\u00fdchodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm okraji \u010cR. Cel\u00e1 cesta trvala asi 28 hodin, z nich\u017e 24 jsem str\u00e1vil na kole.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br a pod\u011bkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, jak v moment\u011b, kdy si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee jste na absolutn\u00edm limitu, m\u00e1te je\u0161t\u011b spoustu energie v z\u00e1sob\u011b. Velk\u00e9 d\u00edky pat\u0159\u00ed m\u00e9mu t\u00e1tovi, kter\u00fd jel v doprovodn\u00e9m aut\u011b s vodou a j\u00eddlem.
